At BeachDay.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t, our return and exchange policy is here to ensure a smooth process for you.


Returns


1. Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

2. Condition:
Items must be returned in the same condition as received – unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. Refund Process:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


Exchanges


1. Initiate the Exchange:
Before sending back the item you’d like to exchange, please reach out to us via email at care@beachday.uk to initiate the exchange process. This ensures we reserve the desired replacement for you.

2. Availability:
Check our website for current stock availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we can recommend an alternative or notify you once it’s available again.

3. Send the Item Back:
Once the exchange has been confirmed via email, send back the item ensuring it’s packed securely in its original packaging.

4. Price Differences:
If there’s a price difference between the item you’re returning and the one you’re exchanging for, we will either refund the difference or send you an invoice for the additional amount.


Faulty Items


If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We’ll make it a priority to address the issue and provide you with a solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.


Return & Exchange Process

Ensure items are packed securely in their original packaging. Include any paperwork if available.

2. Shipping:
You will need to cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.

3. Address:
Address the package to our return address, which is mentioned on the website.

4. Confirmation:
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return. For refunds, please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


Please Note: Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
