No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account will make your future purchases faster and allows you to track orders and save your payment details securely.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days and shipped immediately after. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the UK and EU. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates on international shipping in the future.

Returns & Issues
6. What is your return policy?
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please refer to our “Returns and Exchanges” page for detailed information.
7. The item I want is out of stock. What can I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience. You can click on “Notify Me When Available” on the product page, and we’ll send you an email as soon as it’s back in stock.
8. Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it after receiving.
